Monique McDonough is the chief executive officer of WorkTango, the Austin-based employee experience software company. She was appointed to the role in 2024 following a planned leadership succession.
Before becoming CEO, McDonough spent three years as WorkTango's chief operating officer, where she oversaw customer success, sales, people and culture, and business operations. She has emphasized a focus on customer experience and empowering managers.
As CEO, McDonough has led the company's push into AI-driven employee listening, including the 2026 launch of Constellation, a platform designed to gather honest input from every employee quickly enough for leaders to act on it.
