Selin Kurnaz is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Massive Bio, a precision oncology company that uses artificial intelligence to connect cancer patients with clinical trials. She leads the company's strategy and global operations.
Described as an entrepreneur, engineer and healthcare innovator, Kurnaz holds a PhD and multiple engineering degrees. Before founding Massive Bio, she spent more than a decade in management consulting, where she helped establish EY's private equity value creation team, advising on healthcare investments and operational strategy.
Under her leadership, Massive Bio has expanded across 17 markets and formed partnerships aimed at broadening cancer patients' access to trials, including a 2026 pilot with the embedded research organization FOMAT to automate patient prescreening.
