Stephen A. Crystal is the founder and chief executive officer of SCCG Management, a Las Vegas-based global advisory firm serving the regulated gambling industry. In July 2026 the firm launched SCCG Technology, a subsidiary focused on AI-driven solutions for iGaming.
Crystal is a longtime gaming-industry executive and a former Nevada-licensed Las Vegas casino owner. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has been involved in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and gaming technology, and has helped develop sports-betting and casino operations in the United States and internationally. Through SCCG Management, he advises operators and suppliers across more than 100 markets.
On the launch of SCCG Technology, Crystal argued that the gaming sector needs partners with domain expertise rather than more generic vendors, saying operators repeatedly ask what they should do with AI and who can build it.
