FROST is a health-technology company based in Clearwater, Fla. that develops software for cash-pay medical, chiropractic and integrated-medicine practices. On July 22, 2026, the company launched what it describes as an end-to-end operating system consolidating lead management, patient enrollment, clinical documentation, payment processing, inventory fulfillment and real-time KPI reporting into a single platform.
The product targets clinics that bill patients directly rather than through insurers, a segment that includes hormone-optimization, weight-loss, regenerative-therapy and longevity practices. FROST estimates there are more than 300,000 such practices in the U.S. and says its system can save a typical clinic more than 500 administrative hours a year, a figure the company has not independently verified.
FROST was co-founded by Vivienne Reign, who the company credits with building clinics generating more than $200 million in cash-treatment revenue, and Darren Anderson, who brings a financial-technology and engineering background. The company's platform, available at getfrost.io, also includes a feature called ZipMD for connecting practices with network physicians.
